I'm helping with a project in a local primary school. They are preparing a pitch for what we think is the first ever junior version of the "Soup" microfunding events (groups pitch to win some seed funding for local projects) The children are planning a series of active events (sponsored run, treasure hunt etc) to raise money which will then be given to a local soup run serving the homeless. There's something about the "Soup" event raising money to buy soup for the homeless but I just can't put my finger on it...... Can anyone help? The children might have come up with something brilliant by our next meeting but I need a fall-back position. Thanks!
