Good morning! does anyone have these and if so can you explain to me how the tie handles work because I'm baffled.
I got them a few days ago and have emptied my swing bin for the first time since. When I put the liner in initially I couldn't really see how the tie handle would work but thought it might be apparent at emptying stage.
Nope.
Today I ripped bits and tied at those points.
