Polish Food hamper ideas

We have a lovely 20something Polish colleague who is a wee bit homesick. We were thinking of putting together A Taste Of Home hamper for her birthday. I've got a great looking Polish shop near me but any suggestions

My Polish lodger used to buy a cheese called something like tuereg looks like feta, hot dog type sausages and fish in jars.

Mansion, Pledge and Mr Sheen are favourite.

Polish jam is really fab.

Vodka with Bison grass several supermarkets stock this, or you can sometimes find small bottle of vodka flavoured with things like rowan berries, or honey liqueur (krupnik?) in Polish shops.

Dried mushrooms, mushroom gathering is a popular event in Poland.
Chocolate covered fruits.

Jaffa cakes.... polish ones are amazing and they have different flavours we don’t have like raspberry
