Hi all just wondering how long it took people to feel more them selves after having little ones. I had my first nearly 9 months ago and I'm feeling achy tired and just generally blah! Had bloods done twice now and all come back clear. Is it normal to feel this way.

Took me almost a year - but I had underlying medical problems. However I did find being at home all day with a little one - broken sleep - general frustrations of not getting much done etc made me feel sluggish.

No idea if what you’re feeling is normal, but I hope you feel better soon... was going to say vit D or iron issue but assume bloods will have picked that up

My joints were sore for almost a year after DS. Sleeping was to pot aswell even though he slept well I was sleeping too much in the day so couldn't sleep at night.

Mine actually lifted after I went back to work as I had some routine

Thanks for replying people makes me feel bit better knowing I'm not alone. Sleep isn't great either I don't think iv had a full nights sleep since before I got pregnant so could play a big part in it.
