Do you play wrestle with your toddlers?

Ours have all loved it but I was talking to another mum friend about it yesterday and she was shocked.

Obviously it's always on my bed and not until I'm confident they can support their heads and let me know if they don't like it or have had enough

Glad I'm not the only one then Grin

Dc1 is 6 now and none of our 4 have ever been in trouble for hitting or wrestling with other children at nursery or school.
They do roughhouse with each other at home but know to be gentle with younger sibling and stop as soon as the other one asks.
It's just the same as not to cuddling/kissing/tickling etc other people without permission and they need to learn that anyway.

Our dd now demands a "tackle" pretty often but she's only allowed to tackle Daddy atm as I'm heavily pregnant. She seems to understand the rule! I just have to thwack her with a large stuffed animal instead Grin

Wrestling is daddy ‘s job.
He wrestled both ours endlessly. Neither have ever had a fight, wrestled or got into trouble for anything physical.
