I can't even boil an egg

Boiled some eggs. Wanted them hard boiled as breakfast then snacks. Just went to peel one, firstly it was a bastard to peel and secondly it's not hard boiled. I've only just done them but put in cold water to cool. Can I reboil?

I've never done it but I don't see why it wouldn't work. Maybe 5 minutes once the water has boiled again?

I only like egg yolk really runny, or properly hard boiled and then mixed into egg mayonnaise. I put mine in cold water, wait until it boils and then leave it for 12 minutes on a simmer and then plunge into cold water.

I do this all the time; just put them back in to boil.

Put them into water. Maybe set a timer so you know how long they’ve been boiling for
