How to treat a sore mouth

I ate a cracker read on Sunday and it bumped into the roof of my mouth causing a blood blister the size of a 5 pence piece. The blister soon burst but now I'm left with a very sore patch.

What can I do to ease it? Normally when I've had things like this they've heeled by now but im 3 days in and even swallowing is painful.

Is there anything I can do. I'm 21 weeks pregnant btw

Flowers I'm not fully sure but I know when you burn your mouth which can produce similar effects the burn can and has been easier after "treating" with sugar - it may take a couple of go's - Teaspoon of sugar on to your tongue, hold in your mouth while are you tip your head so it tries to get a covering on the top of your mouth, you may need to repeat a few times. What it does help because? Looking at it this way, with a blister was is like a blister from a burn. And it in a very painful area. You are pregnant. And. If you swallow. Some of this. It's not the worst thing to happen and you don't have to worry. Keep a drink beside you just in case it goes down the wrong way. Hope this helps.

That might help in the mean time until you get. Something like bonjella. Which has a small bit of numbing in it so 40 given that it's marketed for babies, it might be OK, for this in pregnancy.
