I'm at home today as have a week off between ending one job and starting my new one. I knew I would be waiting in for the chimney sweep so thought I would plant some of window ledge pots up for winter.
Took three smallish planters off front window ledge. Emptied of dead plants in wheelie bin. They are light blue and looked a bit dirty so decided to give them a wash in the sink.
Did so, patted them dry and I think then put them all outside. Chimney sweep arrived-had a chat with him for 5 minutes, then left him to it. Go outside and plant up two of the pots. Look around for the third....
No sign of the third! Where has it gone???

Dishwasher
All kitchen cupboards
Back of chimney sweeps van (which was left open and I remember vaguely thinking, 'oh I hope the cat doesn't get in there' so thought I might have vaguely followed the thought and put the pot in there)
Fridge
Kitchen bin (which it wouldn't even fit in)
Recycling box thingy
Underneath the garden benches in the courtyard that we live around.
I didn't at any point go upstairs.
Where the hell is my plant pot?? Where else can I look?
This is driving me mental because how could I lose a plant pot in the space of 5 minutes- plus it's one of three that fit perfectly on my window ledge and you can't get it anymore-and it will look weird with two!
