I'm support staff in a secondary school, working 20 hours a week for 39 weeks. I get paid over 12 months so the pay is spread out.
I've handed my notice in, and am leaving in 4 weeks time. How does this work? Will I have accrued any holiday (I get 10 days, some I work it out to be around .5 of a day- 2 hours!)? And if my pay is spread over 12 months then I'm not getting paid 20 hrs a week, am I?
Head is muddled- please help!!
