Recommend me a baby-friendly holiday - ideally with crèche for 1 year old...?

After much searching online I seem to be looking for the impossible! Can anyone help?

• May 2019
• Me and DH plus DD who will be 16 months
• Hot beach holiday ... at least 25 degrees and warm enough to swim in the sea
• on site crèche which accepts babies! This is where I'm struggling as most kids clubs only take them from 2 years old

I thought Cyprus or Turkey might fit the bill but worried it could be on the cool side. And I love the look of Forte on Sardinia and Martinhal in Portugal but I think both will be too cool for us at that time of year...

Does anyone have any suggestions that they've discovered?

The baby club in Neilson resorts (Greece, Sardinia, and I believe they're opening Spain ones) take babies from 3 months. You'd have to check local temperatures but I could certainly see Greece being that hot.

Sensatori Tenerife or Cyprus? There might be a sensatori in Turkey too.

Oh and a lot of Club Med resorts offer childcare.
