Where on earth do you find frames for A3 size things?

I want to frame a couple of A3 size prints but cannot for the life of me find frames. I want the ones with mounts, so I guess the frames themselves would be several inches bigger than A3.

I feel as though this should be a simple ask - there are millions of the buggers for A4 size. It's not though, and it's making me ragey.

Anyone know where I can find this mythical beast?

I have loads of frames different sizes from ikea. If you want an A3 picture with a mount you might actually be better with an A1 Frame and put your own mount in.

I think you mean A2 - A1 is 4x the size of A3.

Ikea 40x50 frames with mounts will work, as will 20x16” frames with a mount from places like The Range but just double check in the descriptions. As I said, A3 paper is 42cm x 29.7cm - 40x30cm will Work for most things as long as you can safely lose a little sliver from the top and bottom of whatever you’re framing.

We use these...the mounts are a little out of exact a3 but we tend to make it work...or order an a3 mount from eBay as suggested

(The mounted sizes are in ‘key features’ section)

Google ‚custom mount‘, there are plenty of places where you buy mounts cut to the exact measurements you need. I usually get very reasonably priced custom mounts from eBay (I‘m abroad so can‘t recommend any particular UK seller).

Car boot sales, needing frames is my sole reason to go. Loads of huge frames to choose from.

Amazon. Search for A3 frame with mount. There are loads to choose from

I'd try Wilkos, hobbycraft and IKEA
