WWYD with a crazy amount of cheese (give me your cheesiest recipes / meal ideas)

I was MOH at a wedding this weekend and they had one of those huge "cakes" made out of huge wheels of cheese. Barely anyone had any of it so I got sent home with 4 huge wheels of cheese (1 blue and 3 hard cheddar type cheeses). One of the cheeses is about a foot wide. I'm not sure if a food bank or something would be able to take it as it's all had a couple of slices taken out.
What shall I do with it? I'm thinking the only way not to waste it is to cook a load of very cheesy meals for the freezer?
Give me ideas

You can freeze cheese! Just cut it into manageable blocks, wrap it in cling film and stick it in the freezer!

Gyou can freeze cheese. Just cut it into reasonable portion sizes, wrap in cling film or freezer bags and put in your freezer. Then eat it when you want to.

Huge cheese and wine party for all the neighbours? Grin

Grate loads and freeze it in plastic bags or boxes. Use as required straight from the freezer. Saves washing a grater each time.

Pasta in very cheesy sauce smothered with cheese - I used to do a kind of pasta bake / pasta sauce thing - It had 4/5 types of cheese used in it

grate. crumble. cube all the cheese - boil pasta leave some water with it as you transfer to a pryex dish - add all the cheese and stir with a bit more pasta water and put in oven for 10-15 mins till cheese is gooey - serve with salad for the look of it but you wont be fit for the salad and nice bread,

It is very very heavy and stodgy and heaven in a bowl.

Have laxatives on standby as often needed afterwards

I second grating it before you freeze it,some hard cheese is a pain in the arse to slice once it's been frozen and sliced(it crumbles loads)grating will mean it's ready to use in meals as well.

thiskitten · 16/09/2018 21:52

Thanks guys I've done a lot of the suggestions and there's still so much left.
I also bought a rotary grater to help with he mammoth task of grating before freezing some of it. I have 1and a half freezer drawers full of grated cheese. And there is still so much left!
