Cat fell over wwyd?

My cat just leapt off the sofa awkwardly then walked a few steps and fell over onto his back and rolled over. Then he stumbled a few more steps and walked normally out of the room. Then he lay down in the hall swishing his tail angrily. He's walking normally now. Any ideas about this?

Just keep an eye on him and vets tomorrow if no improvement. The swishing tail is that he has appeared less then dignified in front of his cat slave.

Something may have startled him and he lost his footing when he jumped. Keep an eue on him and maybe don't let him out for a bit until you're sure hes ok

He's not a brave explorer anyway. He only pops out for a wee and then comes straight back in.
