At a point with my lovely new baby that I'm unsure what to do to calm or settle her.
Shes never been a good sleeper, I have been doing a constant bedtime routine for the past 5 weeks to help, bath, massage, bottle then bed.
Once it gets to 5/6pm she usually will start to scream from being over tired as she refuses to have an evening nap and it a very poor napper throughout the day.
She enjoys her bath then without fail for the past 5 weeks everytime bath time is over she will cry until she falls asleep, which sometimes can take hours! then will wake again within the hour most of time! either wanting her dummy or just wanting to be rocked back to sleep.
I am really struggling with the lack of sleep and the constant crying!
She has been on Aptimal anti reflux milk since coming home from the hospital to stop her projectile vommit after every bottle!
Has anyone tried gripe water? can this help with belly ache? half the time I feel like she is really struggling with stomache ache?
any advice welcome!!!!
ps we tried switching back to normal milk to see if this helped 2 weeks ago the sick was ALOT.. shall I keep her on the normal milk if shes happy? even with the amount of sick?
