Who do Joules use for delivery?

Can anyone tell me who Joules use for delivery please? Want to make use of the 25% off before it expires tonight, but we move house on Wednesday. We've got a Royal Mail redirection in place, so will be fine if it's them, but if it's another courier I will have to do click and collect. TIA

Royal Mail redirection only redelivers letter/magazines, not parcels.

Thanks! We've moved many, many times and had parcels redirected before 😊
