Do you set goals for yourself?
Does it help you achieve thing you want or do they cause you more stress and anxiety.
Life hasn't gone exactly as I'd hope in the past couple of years.
It's been suggested to me if I want things to change I need to make it happen And to set goals of where I want to be in 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 3 years and 5 years.
It more difficult that I thought.
Is it worth the effort???
