Organisation tips for muddled up minds

I have some kind of processing issue. Cannot manage to be organised but I’m trying. This week I’m knackered but trying so hard and have put the following into place
-Friday night wash ALL school uniform no matter what so 2 loads a dark and light and even if I’m up till 12 I will make sure it’s all hung up. Will fold and put in school uniform drawers tomorrow even socks and underwear for each day so there’s no stress in mornings
-make packed lunches for the week and keep in fridge/freezer
-have a set time for homework on a Saturday in an attempt to have Sunday ‘free’

Any other tips as I get so overwhelmed

I don’t have loads of advice but I too struggle with with mental organisation, not helped by being a procrastinator.

I feel overwhelmed with housework, replying to emails, sorting out insurance, finance etc and unfortunately it’s got me into debt. I have recently downloaded an organisation app that is helping though. It’s pretty simple to use: just add all the tasks- remembering to take my AD etc including the ones I ‘d rather not deal with. So even if I don’t deal with them just now, they are there reminding me so Ican’t just ‘forget’

FWIW you do sound like you’re pretty organised OP with school uniform/homework/lunches. I’ve had to make sure I have a uniform each day for DS so it gets washed at the weekend ready for Monday. He now does homework at after- school care to ease the pressure at home.

Take care Flowers
