Just back from the doctor. The appointment wasn’t long enough to discuss it fully and they have sent me away to look into this and try it see if it helps. I have another appointment next week to follow up.

I’m a bit confused by it all and wondered if anyone here has this. And do they follow the diet. And any links to any helpful SIBO diet websites ? Thanks

Thanks. I have been looking online. But so many different websites say u can eat one thing. And then another says no you can’t eat that

I've had SIBO for years and can't get rid of it... I've had very little help from doctors who seem to think 10 days of an antibiotic will sort it permanently and aren't interested in thinking otherwise. I'd like to try an 'elemental diet' but they wouldn't hear of prescribing it and it's too expensive to buy privately, but it seems to have the best success rate
