How far pregnant am I?!

Long story short, I took a pregnancy test yesterday as I've just been feeling a bit run down recently and sure enough it came back instantly (before the control line) with a very dark positive! I have very irregular periods and I am breastfeeding at the moment so no idea how far along I am. I have booked a private scan for Monday. Just now I dug out my home Doppler just on the off chance and I found the heartbeat! Only about an inch below my belly button!!!! What does this all mean? How far along do you think I am?

I was 12 weeks when I found out I was expecting the third, my GP ( pre home testing) diagnosed because he could feel my uterus.

I personally know 3 people at least who never suspected they were pregnant, the last one went to the doctors as she had dreadful stomach pains, gave birth in the surgery! And that was quite recently.
