Jobs paying circa £35k?!

I am currently a director on a fairly high salary. Lovely (on paper) to be in such a position.... it pays the bills and for some nice extras, but am sick of feeling stressed the whole time. I feel in over my head and long term I know it’s not the career for me. I’m 40 next year and want a change; a good job on a decent wage but without the constant stress! I know stress exists in any job but I have never wanted ‘director’ on my cv and feel it is starting to show in my confidence levels!!

So, what type of roles could I do on this kind of salary?! It’s enough for me to live on comfortably but without the big/frequent holidays, but I will have to accept that. I’m hoping a better day gomday work/life commute will make up for it.
Married but no kids, and no plans to have them if that makes a difference.

Love planning things, and travel and have seen ‘freelance travel agent’ roles advertised but no idea if they are legit or what you would realistically earn from them.

Any advice or ideas would be lovely please :)
