British Airways data breach - “personal and financial details” compromised

Bad news (potentially) for those of us who have recently booked flights (21 Aug to 5 Sep):

I have booked in the relevant period but heard nothing direct from the airline. Bank says they can’t advise as they haven’t been told anything either.

Just putting this out there in case others are affected.

I also booked during the period mentioned.Just phoned my bank and they said that they've been in contact with British Airways & the situation is being 'blown out of proprtion a little' and just to keep an eye on my account. I've changed the password on my British Airways account. Guess we can't do much else until we're told by BA whether our details have been compromised.
