Could I be anemic?

I'm beginning to wonder if I'm anaemic. I'm tired fairly often, seem to be looking a bit more pale recently. I gave blood recently and my bloods were 12 (according to google that's nearly borderline - can anyone confirm??). I don't have heavy periods. In fact they're quite light. However they've have become more irregular over the last few months (not sure if that's a link).

My bloods was meant to say iron level!

If you weren’t anaemia not long ago and you have light periods I’d say it wouldn’t be my first thought and would put your tiredness down to something else. Maybe Vitamin D deficiency? Depression? Thyroid? Could be a number of things really, without other symptoms
