Gosh I need this link...I cant find it anywhere!!!! Anyone help please. Im sure it was American research

I live in wales and studied the impact of bilingualism on education in Wales at undergrad level. So whilst I know you're looking for an US article, which I hope you find there are others as well.p, particularly in Wales.

I should add I did my studies before online journals were a thing and can't find any of them online but there's a good reading list at the end of this article which might help you.

Sorry, I'd hoped that was the one you were thinking of, though admittedly it was a bit of a long shot.

I've tried looking for others but have found it rather difficult, being in Wales the options I'm getting for bilingualism are for here.

I'll keep looking but in the meantime I'm bumping this in case anyone else can help.
