Just that really! I’ve never done it before and a bit nervous.

Good luck! I did it 15 years ago and the most difficult thing I found was that the course undulates. No sooner have you got down one slope than you’re running up the next one. But when you get to the finish and see the sea it’s an amazing feeling. 🏆

I also did it 15 years ago waves at Alexa - my one and only time. The atmoshere will carry you through. The crowd are brilliant and the bands playing on the roundabouts will carry you through. Don't go in expecting a PB though - it is busy run and you will find other people get in your way a little - especially at the beginning. Good luck sepsis just relax and enjoy it!

I'm not running but I'll be there at the finish line. Good luck, hope you have fun Grin

Sadly not. I did it last year and it was amazing!

bigbluebus. Waves back. 👋🏻

Thanks for your well wishes! It’s hard to imagine how it’s going to be with so many people there. Good luck to anyone else doing it too. Hoping the crowd will spur me on.

I'll be there! In the green wave. I've done it 3 times before but last time was in 2014. Looking forward to it - great atmosphere.

Good Luck.

I'm not, I have sponsored a colleague who is doing it though.

I did wonder if the man I saw out running today was doing some last minute training.
