DD eating problems

I have a DD age 9 and she is a little bigger in weight than I'm comfortable with.

She spends about 40% of her time at her dad's who lives around the corner.

He feeds her crap and junk and I keep asking him not to.

Today he gave her a packed lunch for school which had crisps and chocolate in it.

I don't know how to stop him feeding her junk!

At home I cook fresh and with plenty of veg. It's always difficult to get her to eat good meals and she complains saying "dad doesn't force me to eat this stuff!" He even cuts the crusts off her sandwiches. She's 9!

How can I get him to stop giving her crap?

Any ideas?
