How much downtime do you get on an average weekday?

I only get about an hour (maybe two max) and I find that it's not really enough. I do have two young DC so suspect that this is probably average given the circumstances but would love to know how much downtime everyone else gets.

I'm a single parent so I do everything at home. When DS is here (majority of the time as I am RP) I have a couple of hours after he goes to bed at 7.30. He is at his dad's house 2/3 nights a month (weekdays) and about 4 or 5 full weekends a year. I make the most of that time!
