Hi all,

I was wondering. If you order an item online and it's sent standard mail ie 2nd class Royal Mail, what is the situation of it fails to arrive?

Is it tough shit for the buyer or is the shop obligated to send a replacement?

Thank you to anyone who knows the answer!!

Seller needs to refund you (in full - which includes any postage you were charged) or send a replacement.

I thought so but wasn't totally sure. Thanks so much.
