Just watched this on catch up, so do you think they really lost all that weight in a week? The bride to be lost 2 dress sizes???

Went to a similar place for a week and lost half a stone.

They fed us more than 450 calories a day though. 🤔

If she was very overweight she could easily lose 15-20 pounds in a week, but it's unlikely to all be fat, and if you choose style and make of clothes carefully you could claim to lose 2 sizes, but I would be surprised if it was 2 real sizes, in same style from same shop.
