She's 17 months old and spent nearly 2 hours trying to get her to sleep.
She was so tired but just wouldn't go to sleep. I tried everything - controlled crying, pick up put down, sitting on the floor and giving her a cuddle etc but as soon as I put her down/left the room she would just start screaming again.
I just got so frustrated and ended up really shouting at her obviously resulting in her crying. I've told her off before when she does something she shouldn't but hate shouting at her out of frustration.
She's finally gone to sleep and I know it happens but I just feel so so awful about it
