Refund from TicketMaster

I booked tickets to a show I now cannot make. Does anyone know if I can get a refund? I can't find anything clear on the website.

I am not 100% but as far as I know Ticketmaster won't refund you if you cannot attend a gig, only if one is cancelled.

They tell you to re-sell using their reselling partner site.
