Can you think of careers that would suit someone who enjoys doing nonverbal and verbal reasoning questions?

Engineering. It's all about problem solving.

YBR · 05/09/2018 20:14

Perhaps incident investigation, but you'd need a pertinent area of experience/expertise first.

witchmountain · 05/09/2018 20:16

Well verbal reasoning is basically reading comprehension, so I’d say something that involved looking through lots of information and picking out the relevant bits. Maybe a researcher type role?

By non-verbal reasoning do you mean numerical reasoning (graphs and maths etc) or one of the pattern spotting type things?

GottaCatchEm · 05/09/2018 21:17

More of the pattern recognition, but enjoy the maths stuff too.

Analyst. In whatever field floats your boat. Finance, business, law enforcement etc...

witchmountain · 06/09/2018 10:14

Analyst sounds about right then. Or any role involving analytical thinking! What do you do now?
