Didn’t there use to be a scouting/guiding topic?

In any event - I need to think of a ‘guiding’ name as I’m becoming a leader. E.g. when I was little the lady who ran brownies was ‘Brown Owl’ and her deputy was ‘Snowy owl’.

Apparently I get to pick one. It has to be short, friendly and easy to say. Any suggestions?

I once knew a fluffy owl. Are you fluffy?
Otter?
Squirrel?
Wildebeest?
Skip?
Roo?

I quite like Squirrel. Might go with that.

Thanks EduCated. Couldn’t see it for looking!

You could ask the girls to suggest a name for you, although that can be risky ...

Whatever you go for, make sure it’s something you’re happy to have shouted at you down a busy supermarket aisle or across the doctors waiting room Grin
