What would you think?

I am a bit loud and mad, someone in work said I was crazy. Not sure what to make of it

Would depend on context.

In general I would probably have to agree with them

CrispbuttyNo1 · 04/09/2018 14:11

Depending on the type of role I was in and company I worked for, I may think about dialling it down a bit.

Your loud and mad could well be really annoying to your colleagues..

Do they mean “fun” crazy or “fucking batshit” crazy.. 🤔

FissionChips · 04/09/2018 14:11

You’ve described yourself as mad though, doesn’t that mean crazy? Confused

gamerchick · 04/09/2018 14:12

Loud and mad really irritates colleagues. Crazy was probably polite.

Littlechocola · 04/09/2018 14:12

You’ve described yourself as mad.

If offended it might be worth considering terms that you yourself use.

ShatnersBassoon · 04/09/2018 14:14

Crazy would relate to your loudness and madness. There's nothing veiled in what they said.

DolorestheNewt · 04/09/2018 14:17

Do you think your colleagues may have been trying to drop a hint? A woman worked for years in our office who went out of her way to occupy the role of "the mad one". We did all love her to bits, but to be honest she could be really annoying and we did all want her to dial it down a bit most of the time.

Some people think I'm crazy. I could probably audition for Stacey slaters long lost sister. Sometimes people don't think before they speak and it can hurt.
