Best wellies for 2 year old for walking

Hi can anyone recommend some wellie boots for my todder? He had bog boots last year, but he seemed to find they slipped down and almost sagged making him walk funny.

So I am after your wellie boot recommendations for ones they can actually move in ? He's a infant 8
