I think I’m having one. I don’t know what to do. I can’t function anymore. I want to go to the gp or hospital but I’m worried what they will do. I have 2 young kids and I don’t want them taken away.

I just can’t cope anymore. I can’t do anything, I can’t function at work, I can’t look after my kids on my own. I wish I could die but don’t want to do that to my children.

It will be more scary carrying on without help than asking for help

Do you have family?

mummyof2girls198 · 04/09/2018 05:24

I have family, they have tried to support me but it doesn’t help me. Nothing helps. I’m just getting worse and worse. I want to get help but I don’t know what. I am scared to try medication. I have had therapy before but it doesn’t help.

Book an appointment with your GP. Write, down what you’ve put here so if you get,too upset or tongue tied to talk you have something to hand over. Or have a family member come, with you. Think about being signed in off work. Don’t be scared about medication

Im on medication and have been on and off for many years. Without it my anxiety takes over. Its not a miracle cure but it means i can function.

They wont take your children. They are better with you.
