What is the best way to use them? Last time I flew I booked premium economy and was offered an upgrade to Upper Class for 40,000 air miles and it was great but could not book the same on the way back until just a few days before the flight.
Would I best best doing the same again or booking Upper Class directly from the start, not sure if it would be more airmiles that way?
