Recently discovered husband has been having an affair

I am posting here for traffic. Have been a member of MN since conceiving my first child. We have four children, aged between 7montjs and 7.

I found out a week ago. I cannot deal with these awful feelings of terror, sadness, fear, and utter heartbreak. I am so scared as to what this will mean for my children. Can someone has been in this position say anything helpful about how to get through these days?

Yes, I've been there. I picked up a book he'd been reading and a letter fell out. From her. Two toddlers asleep in the bedroom. Life was shattered at that moment.

It does get better. Have a big conversation with him, find out everything and then make your decision - stay or go. Whatever you decide....it does get better. Best wishes to you.
