Houmous, salad, is there something missing? I need advice please!

Parma ham, nice cheeses, sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes

Sun dried or sun soaked tomatoes, mozzarella. Yum!

Posh Olive oil to dip it in, some extra olives, parmesan chunks, Parma ham and chorizo.

I would just enjoy with the simplicity of hummus and a splash of fresh lemon juice, maybe a very ripe tomato. And a very chilled dryish white wine.

Parma ham or Italian sausage/salami, antipasti such as olives/grilled peppers/sundried tomatoes/artichoke hearts, soft cheeses such as cambazola. Olive oil and balsamic vinegar for dipping.

I’d love it with some tomato soup!

Some soft and stinky goats cheese perhaps. Or just dip into some fancy olive oil. I don’t think there’s a wrong way to eat it.

Toast it and have it with posh pate.
