DH has retired this month. He is due a lump sum that should have been paid this month, but when he rang them today they have said it won’t be until late October because of a problem with their computer system. This is a BIG problem for us, we need the cash to buy his lease car for starters.
Does anyone have any idea how we could proceed/complaints procedure to follow etc I’d be very grateful!
