Thoroughly fed up with their service. Not the milk man, but their general customer service and website and billing.
But no one else seems to do milk delivery?!

Theyre billing cock up was a pain today.
Tbh I don't like their new weekly billing system at all. Half my DD's seem to be milk and more faffing around.

I'm in West Berkshire and have spent today looking fruitlessly for another option as well. Errors happen, but the one today highlights some serious deficiencies in their business processes, IMO. Their payments system would have first failed last Thursday, and they only noticed today, when their entire customer base's orders got cancelled? I'm not sure I really want to trust my data to a company that clearly has no monitoring on key business systems.

I'm in West Berkshire and it says McQueens will deliver although hesitant to as despite the mess up with billing, our milkman/woman still delivered our normal order, so obviously they have a lot of common sense!

What's the pricing like with McQueen's, I can't see a price on their website? We're moving next month, I will definitely look at moving to them when we do.

McQueen's website says they deliver to our postcode, but when I called to set it up, they said they don't yet...
