Help me design a (bilingual) poster!

I hope this is allowed!

Need to get people to take part in a potentially very tedious survey. I'm not asking on here. What would catch your interest most, bullet point information or more detailed but long text info?

I have to put a second language on it, would you split the page so top half is one language bottom half the other or alternate over the whole poster?
e.g. Title Language 1
Title Language 2

Text language 1
Text language 2

I would have the main body of the text (bullet points) separated into individual language blocks otherwise it will be too visually confusing to skip from one language to the next.

You could have headings somehow integrated to avoid making the poster look like it in two halves.

So, keep blocks of information separate, maybe by having them as text blocks on different coloured backgrounds within an otherwise unified poster (title, images, graphics).

Hope I'm making sense, hard to describe visual concepts in writing.

Oh, and bullet points for info otherwise people tend to skim over the info when it is in paragraphs.

What do you do professionally for contact details. When we were students, we would print several columns of contact information along the bottom of the poster and then cut it so people could tear off your details. I guess you don't do that in a professional environment?

most professional posters i have seen around have said 'contact us on... and then given a phone number and email address.
