Unexplained bruising

Hi

I hope someone might be able to give me some advice

I got a pain in my armpit about 4 days ago. The next day it travelled from my armpit to my elbow. And now there's a whole line of bruises where the pain is and I definitely haven't hurt myself.

I'm currently on road travelling a 6 hour journey with DH and my baby for a week away by the seaside. Our first family holiday.

Should I see a doctor whilst I'm here? Or can it wait til I'm home. Or is it nothing at all?

I'd phone my GP and ask to speak to them in a phone appointment or ask the receptionist to seek advice from doctor and ring you back.

It may just be a burst vessel that would move downwards due to gravity but worth a phone call if nothing else but to put your mind at rest
