Last minute cake!

I had all good intentions of making a cake for my daughters birthday party on Sunday but I now have to travel for work. Have just tried to order online and everywhere has a 7 day order time. Any recommendations of places that won't cost the earth and can get me a cake in 5-6 days?! I know there must be loads of local cake makers but I don't want to risk someone I've never used before. It's for her class party so ~30 kids.

Any recommendations very gratefully received! Thanks

I have had last minute from Waitrose before , or m & s do big cakes and you could add her name etc, also could you make cupcakes and pop a topper on each one in the party theme. Or just get a lovely small cake from m and s and not give it out use a chocolate bar or wrapped cake in the party bag which is less faff anyway x

you could get a plain white sheet cake from your local supermarket, and then buy a cake topper (Debs Kitchen Cakes on amazon do loads of different choices) and apply that on top. it will look cool, but will not be time consuming.
