7 year old having hot flushes

Dd has been saying today that she keeps going all hot from inside. It passes within a few minutes but she says it makes her feel not very well. I did notice once myself earlier when we were at a party, she looked as if she was about to cry, she said that’s what it makes her look like.

I don’t suppose I’d get an appointment at the gp this week but if it continues I’ll make one.

Anyone had similar with a 7 and a half year old? Otherwise fit and healthy.

Some sort of bacterial infection? A temperature with illness?

She hasn’t got a temp, just these hot flush type episodes

Yes please make an appointment with the GP. It could be a hormone imbalance.

It could also be stress. Is she worried about going back to school?
