Does anyone know Wythenshawe Hospital?

Do you know if you can walk through the main entrance at the front all the way through to the back of the hospital to the maternity/women's health section?

(I'm asking because I've a gynae appointment next week, but it's smack bang in the middle of maternity visiting hours and the car park there is always packed at that time. So I'd rather park at the front of the hospital and walk through, if I can. I've looked on the website and can't find this out!)

I did it a couple of times about a year ago. It's a right old trek though. Give them a ring to check you still can.

Yes you can. It’ll take about 10 minutes as it’s the opposite end of the hospital. You have to go all the way out of the back of the building by the education centre, then on up to the normal maternity entrance.

There’s also a new private car park at the side of the hospital (by the Timpsons building) that is always empty.

Where's the Timpsons building please Punk? So say I'm stood facing the hospital looking at entrance 5 for example, is Timpsons to the right?
