Boob Job. Surgeon recommendations please?

After careful thought and lots of saving, I've decided to get a breast lift, possibly with implants as well. It depends on the consultation.

To those who have either had this surgery, or people who work in this area, are there any places or surgeons you would recommend?
Are there any places I should avoid at all costs?

How do I go about finding someone who specializes in breast surgery?
Thanks! Any advice would be appreciated.

My dd went to a reputable clinic in Newcastle.
Very happy with results - 5 years ago now.

I work in plastic surgery. Avoid groups like MYA, Transform etc. Go to a private hospital such as Bupa, Ramsay, Nuffield. Look for a surgeon who still works within the NHS preferably as well as their private work.

That's interesting about the big groups. I've heard bad stories about Transform!
I will look at the private hospitals.

I went with Patrick Malluci in London. Incredibly happy with the very natural result. He's the higher end of the cost scale, my uplift, implants, mesh, overnight stay in a very swanky hospital cost £12k.

Mark Ho-Asjo, he is a breast cancer reconstructive surgeon for the NHS but he does private work from various hospitals in London. Mine cost 6k. BEST money I've ever spent, I should have done it years ago.

My daughter went to the Nuffield and the Dr (actually he was a Mr) was an NHS plastic surgery consultant who did beauty stuff as a sideline.
