Is this sciatica or something else?

20 weeks with twins.

I get an agonising pain under my bump abd down my left side. I cant put weight through my leg and can't walk on it, and the pain is awful.

Then other times, its gone and I'm fine. Midwives don't know what it is. Ive been into hospital about it and told its not anything serious but they couldn't tell me what it was either.

Any ideas?

Ive had sciatica and I would describe it more like an intense tight shard of electric pain but more down top of bum cheek / top of thigh where it joins to bum .
The pain of sciatica is electrifying and worse than labour contractions

Doctors previously have had me Do certain leg / hip movements to ascertain whether it was my ssciatic nerve or just muscular

I’ve had it in pregnancy too and it sucks
