Ideas for prints / pictures for a bathroom

I'm after a bit of inspiration. We've just redecorated the bathroom and it needs a couple of pictures on the wall. The walls are F&B Dix Blue, the wall tiles and floor tiles are stone, there is a white freestanding bath and the fixtures and fittings are chrome.

I love all kinds of art and have some original oils and watercolours around the house as well as poster prints of everything from vintage art deco Kew Gardens (near us) prints and Glastonbury reproduction posters (for years I have been) to signed Shepherd Fairey and Graffiti originals. But I'm stuck on the bathroom.

Any ideas? I wondered about some kind of water botanical vibe but it's a bit bland....

I have some coastal prints from longsummer.co.uk of places which are meaningful to me. This may be "obvious" for a wetroom but I don't care I like them.

I quite like a lot of small pictures in a bathroom as it is one of those places where you actually look at the pictures, so prefer to have plenty to look at. I would also have black and white cartoons or a collection of those cigarette art cards or postcards.

perhaps try etsy ( www.etsy.com/uk/search?q=original%20prints%20and%20paintings ) they have some beautiful prints and paintings on there. alternatively you could try www.kingandmcgaw.com/ . hope this helps! x,

I have a collection of ceramic art in my bathrooms. I do have some coloured Victorian etchings tha have survived the steam for a couple of decades but prefer the ceramic stuff.

Example of one wall attached.
