Period Underwear?

I'm looking for some recommendations really. I've been looking at Thinx but £30 seems steep for one pair of knickers. I seem to bleed really heavily now and am leaking all the time. I've just started a new job so would really like to avoid this happening! Thanks

There are cheaper typesnlike diary doll (and non brand names) which instead of working like a pad like thinx they prevent leaks
