Morning everyone
Not sure what to do with ds he has nursery at 10 for 3 hours. I lost my mucous plug last night and had some bad cramping which eventually wore off but have woken up to it again.

Not sure whether I should send him or not he has only just started so want to keep him in the groove of it all.

Yes I would, why not?

Who will be looking after him once you go into labour?
I would take him and have them on standby to pick him up if necessary.

(My second labour was only four hours- I'd get your plan into action if I were you)

Good luck!

Yeah definitely. Have a lie down and a cuppa and gear up for what's coming. Tell nursery you're in the early stages of labour and you may need to pick up early or have someone else collect him.

He's going to be much happier in nursery playing, and you can go back to bed and relax for 3 hours. Win all round.
I don't think at 3yo he's really going to find sitting at home with you in early labour at all interesting.

Why wouldn’t you? It will give you some peace and no distractions.
Do you have someone to collect him and look after him if you need to be at the hospital?
